Mike Erickson
After completing flight school, Mike and his wife (Denise) moved to Oceanside. While stationed at Camp Pendleton, he served as an active duty and reserve Marine Corps aviator. After flying as section leader in numerous combat missions in the Gulf War, Mike became a loan officer then branch manager for a leading mortgage banker.
Mike’s aviation training helped him become a mission oriented, relentless and effective real estate and mortgage professional. In the Marine Corps, supporting the grunts at the leading edge is the primary mission. In the real estate and loan arena, our duty is to put the interests of our clients first.
In 1997 Mike obtained his CA broker’s license and opened Eagle Nest Realty & Mortgage. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of clients as a loan broker and Realtor.
Mike and Denise have three grown children, Hannah, Amanda, and Ted.

Ted Erickson
Ted has been working in the financial services industry for over a decade helping individuals use their retirement accounts to acquire investment property across the country. Ted obtained his Real Estate Agent license and Mortgage Loan Originator endorsement to expand his skill sets and support his father’s growing business.
